What we are most often asked

  • Are residents required to participate?

    No, and that's a fundamental rule of Parkshare. Each resident is entirely free to offer their spot or not. There is no obligation, no penalty. The service operates on the basis of volunteering and natural reciprocity; the more participants, the more everyone benefits.

  • Who has access to the residence parking?

    Only residents invited by a parking administrator. Parkshare operates as a closed circuit: no public access, no strangers. Each member is verified before joining the residence.

  • What happens if a car is still in the spot when needed?

    The neighbor's contact details are accessible directly in the app to contact them. Parkshare encourages direct exchanges between neighbors; that's the basis of the model. In practice, such situations are rare because exchanges are always voluntary and planned.

  • How does billing work for us?

    The subscription is monthly, per residence, calculated based on the number of spots. You receive a single consolidated invoice for all your residences. The rate is decreasing: the more residences you manage, the less you pay per spot. Contact us for a simulation on your portfolio.

  • Can we cancel at any time?

    Yes. The subscription is non-binding. You can cancel at any time from your management area. Access is maintained until the end of the current period.

  • Is Parkshare GDPR compliant?

    Yes. Residents' data is neither sold nor shared with third parties. It is hosted in Europe and used only to operate the service. Each resident can request deletion of their account and data at any time.
